Big Thanks Band is a wedding band with a great repertoire. We play hits from all the eras, from the amazing swing era of the 20’s, 30,s and 40’s where great names like Glen Miller and Tommy Dorsey alongside Count Basie and Duke Ellington. Then the birth of rock n roll with Chuck berry, Fats Domino, Little Richard and the early Beatles as well as the King himself – Elvis Presley. These listeners and fans are in their 70’s by now and Big Thanks Band can testify to the fact that these old timers still know how to fill the dance floor. Of course we cater for the teenagers of the 60’s when things got even rockier with bands like Credence Clearwater Revival and Cream. The glam, glittery 70’s with all the disco hits is on our list as well as the 80’s love ballads and rock anthems. RnB exploded in the 90’s and we are a wedding band that grew up on all those new school hits as well as bands like Guns N Roses and other new rock bands from the 80’s.
